We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our Master Data team here at Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Salary

Up to £21,814

Shift Pattern

 

Our usual working hours are Monday- Friday, however due to the nature of our business and the supporting service there is a requirement that the role covers rota weekend standby cover.  Also due to the nature of delivery to the business we may require you to be flexible.

About the role

  • Creating and maintaining clean master data across multiple systems
  • Providing accurate data records
  • Maintaining data quality
  • Maintaining “Point of Sale” data
  • Liaising with other departments to ascertain data requirements
  • Ensuring all setups and on-going management of critical supply static data is carried out in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring all requests to the department are dealt with promptly and effectively
  • Delivering a first class customer service experience at all times

About you

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of the business
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working to, and achieving, tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills
  • Proven experience of working with data and databases
  • Previous experience of SAP master data is desirable
