Job Description

You will have experience of working in a product focussed role, ideally in an environment with an in depth understanding of [Retail Operations / Marketing and e-Commerce] and an understanding of agile, product development principles.

On a day to day basis you will be

  • Responsible for working with the team and other stakeholders to create and articulate the product/s vision.
  • Working daily with the product teams to understand, refine and prioritise the backlog of work.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for exceptional customer journeys and digital customer experiences.
  • Representing the voice of and championing the user by developing deep expertise and empathy for them whilst balancing the needs of customers and other business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating work at the end of each iteration to key stakeholders and ensuring feedback is adequately captured and fed back into the team’s plans.
  • Ruthlessly pursue value ensuring there is accurate monitoring of results and adjusting strategy and tactics based upon performance.
