Salary

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience + Car

Work Pattern

Mainly Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.

Job Description

You will manage the planning and delivery of New Shops / Refits and Refurbishments in Greggs premises predominately across the South East region but flexibility is required.

 

You will:

  • Be responsible for New Shop and Refit Projects to correct specification, On Time and within Budget  
  • Carry out measured surveys of property and prepare Building CAD Drawing to Greggs CAD Standards
  • Work with the Design Team to provide adequate and timely information
  • Formulate and agree accurate detailed and final costs for each project
  • Ensure projects and contractors comply with CDM Regulations
  • Supervise works On-Site and achieve handover as planned
  • Prepare and issue regular project reports on any issues that are likely to cause delays or affect the cost or quality of the project
Skills

To be a success in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • AutoCAD (essential requirement)
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and develop excellent working relationships across the Team, Business and our external partners
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
