We have Shift Leader and Supervisor opportunities across Central and Greater London and are looking for individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career into retail management.

Who are we looking for?

At Greggs our Shift Leaders and Supervisors play a key role in ensuring a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. We are ideally looking for individuals who have a background in retail, but most importantly, who are willing to go above and beyond to create a brilliant shop atmosphere for staff and customers.

 

As a Shift Leader or Supervisor, you will be involved in the day to day running of the shop, such as; food prep, keeping the shop clean, serving our customers, delivering excellent standards and great products all whilst keeping an eye on your targets. You will also have additional responsibilities and work closely with the shop manager to keep your team engaged and motivated to deliver fast and friendly service. Depending on your shift and role you may also be responsible for cash control, driving sales, ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining brand standards as well as leading the shop team. 

 

All of this means we are looking for people to join us who are enthusiastic and outgoing, trustworthy and respectable and who are looking to grow into a management role with an industry leading company. Competitive pay (Shift Leader - £8.52 p/h, Supervisor - £8.95 p/h)
